Website Features & Integrations
You don't always need to rebuild. Sometimes you just need the right thing added.
“I need a website, store or digital product.”
A lot of the most valuable web work isn't a rebuild. It's the next thing your business needs: an online booking flow, a payment option, a quote form that feeds your CRM, a customer portal, a smarter product filter. If your current site can't do it, you don't necessarily need to start again.
We add new features and integrations to existing websites, working inside your current platform where that makes sense and building alongside it where it doesn't. Every feature is scoped, built, tested and documented, and we consider what it does to speed, accessibility and search before it goes live.

Signs this is what you need
- Your site is fine, but staff are copying data between systems by hand
- Customers ask to book, pay, log in or get a quote online and can't
- You're paying for three plugins that nearly do one job
- You need a dashboard or report your current tools can't produce
When you probably don't need it
- The existing platform can't support the feature safely: redevelopment may be cheaper
- A plugin or off-the-shelf tool genuinely covers it. We'll point you at it.
Telling you this is part of the job.
The shortlist
Features we're commonly asked to add to an existing site
- Booking and scheduling systems, with reminders and calendar sync
- Payment integration: cards, wallets and buy-now-pay-later where they fit
- Customer portals and member areas
- CRM integration so enquiries land where your team already works
- Dashboards and internal tools
- Forms, multi-step enquiry flows and automated emails
- WhatsApp and messaging integration
- API integrations with accounting, inventory and logistics systems
- Ecommerce functionality added to a content site
- Analytics and event tracking, including AI-assisted features where they earn their place
Adding versus rebuilding
How we decide whether a feature belongs in your current site
We look at three things: whether the current platform can host the feature safely, whether it will stay fast once the feature is on it, and who will maintain it afterwards. If the answer to any of them is no, we'll tell you, and show you what the alternative costs in effort rather than hand-waving.

Common Questions
Before you get in touch
Can you add new features to my existing website?
Usually, yes. We review how your site is built first. If your platform can support the feature, we build it in. If it can't, we'll explain the options, which might include a staged rebuild.
What kinds of integrations do you handle?
Common examples include payment gateways, booking systems, CRMs, email marketing tools and analytics. If you have a specific tool in mind, tell us and we'll check what's involved.
Will new features slow my site down?
Not if they're built carefully. We measure performance before and after, and avoid loading heavy scripts where a lighter approach works.
