Who is Tropical Wave Global?

I don't know what I need. Is that okay?

I built something with AI. Can you help?
Yes. AI can help you build; we help you make what you build actually work. We assess what you have, fix what's missing, and take care of launch, domain, hosting, security, SEO, conversion and marketing. We won't tell you to throw it away.
I already have a website. Will you tell me to rebuild it?
Not unless it genuinely needs replacing. We assess it first and work out whether it needs fixing, improving, connecting to other systems, optimising for search or growing. Most of the time the problem isn't the website itself.
My website is live but I get no enquiries. Why?
Having a website doesn't automatically create demand. The problem could be search visibility, messaging, trust, speed, mobile experience, calls to action, tracking or follow-up. We investigate the whole journey before recommending anything.
Do you do SEO, and what are AEO and GEO?
Yes. SEO helps you rank in Google and local results. AEO (answer engine optimisation) helps your content be used as a direct answer. GEO (generative engine optimisation) is about being a source AI systems can describe accurately. Search visibility is what happens after the website exists, and we treat it as part of the wider system.
Can you help us use AI in our business safely?
We help identify practical uses of AI (support, documents, reporting, workflows) and implement them securely, with careful data handling, access control and human oversight. AI is not a strategy by itself. It's a capability that should solve a real business problem.
Why don't you publish prices?
Because your business isn't a package. We start with the problem, work out what's needed, and give you a written proposal with clear scope, no unnecessary features and no unnecessary retainer.
