Stage 07 · Grow

Digital Strategy & Growth Partnership

Work out what to do next, and connect everything so it grows the business.

“Now how do we actually grow this?”

Anyone can have a website, an online store, an Instagram account and a Google Business Profile. The question is whether they work together to grow the business. Most businesses have the pieces and not the system: a website that was built once, social run separately, ads pointed at whichever page, and no one looking at the data.

Digital strategy here means working out what the business should actually do next, in what order, and why. We look at the whole journey, from how people discover you to how they become customers and come back, find where it leaks, and plan the smallest set of changes that would matter most. And because we can build, launch, optimise, market and measure, the plan doesn't stop at a slide deck.

Signs this is what you need

  • You have a website, social profiles and a Google listing that don't work together
  • You don't know what you need, only that it isn't working
  • You're spending in several places and can't say what's producing results
  • You want to grow but aren't sure what order to do things in

When you probably don't need it

  • You already know the one specific thing you need: go straight to that service
  • You want a fixed plan for a business that hasn't decided what it wants: clarify the offer first

Telling you this is part of the job.

The digital growth layer

Nine questions we help answer

  • Strategy: what should the business actually do?
  • Build: what needs to exist?
  • Launch: how does it become real?
  • Protect: how does it stay reliable and secure?
  • Discover: how do people and AI systems find it?
  • Attract: how do people discover and engage?
  • Convert: how does attention become business?
  • Automate: what can technology and AI improve?
  • Grow: what should happen next?

From website to business system

A website can evolve. We help it.

Website → search visibility → lead generation → customer management → automation → data → AI → growth. Not every business needs every stage. The point is to know which one you're at, and what the next one is worth.

Find the gap between where your business is and where it could be.

Ten areas, one question each. Pick the answer closest to the truth. 'I don't know' counts as useful information.

Common Questions

Before you get in touch

I don't know what I need. Is that a problem?

It's the normal starting point. Tell us what isn't working (no customers, no leads, a broken site, a half-built idea) and we'll work out what comes next.

Will you just sell me a new website?

No. We look at where the problem actually is first. Often it isn't the website.

Is strategy separate from the work?

It can be. You can take the plan and do it yourself, or we can do the work. Either way, you get a clear plan first.

Tell us what isn't working.

You don't need to know exactly what you need. We'll work out what actually needs to be built, fixed, improved or changed, and tell you if the answer is 'nothing'.
