Your AI Prototype Works. Now Make It Production-Ready.
A prototype proves an idea can work. A product survives real users, real data and real mistakes. The distance between them is where most AI-built projects stall, not because the prototype was bad, but because the next stages are different work.
| Stage | The question it answers | Typical gap |
|---|---|---|
| Prototype | Does the idea work? | Usually already answered |
| Hardening | Does it survive real use? | Error handling, security, data protection, testing |
| Production | Is it properly live? | Domain, hosting, deployment, email, monitoring, backups |
| Discovery | Can customers find it? | SEO, content, AI visibility, listings |
| Traction | Does it turn visits into customers? | Onboarding, conversion, tracking, marketing |
What to do first
Decide what you actually intend to launch. A landing page and waiting list is a much smaller job than a product that stores customer data and takes payments. The smaller the launch, the sooner you learn something. We can help you scope the smallest sensible version, assess what you have, and get it live.
A note on data
The moment real customer information is involved, the standard changes. Decide what you collect, where it lives, who can access it, and what you tell people. Australian privacy obligations depend on your circumstances, so check the OAIC's guidance and speak to an adviser.
